Shipping & Delivery Policy

CAVARELL ships orders across Europe and selected international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped:

  • Standard EU deliveries: 3–7 business days

  • International deliveries: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or carrier operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number and delivery updates. 

Tracking information may take several business days to become available depending on carrier systems.

Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be shipped under the Delivered At Place (DAP) / Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) regime.

This means that import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, or similar governmental fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless expressly stated at checkout.

Such charges are determined by the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customs authorities or carriers may request additional information or documentation from the recipient, including identity or address verification, in order to complete customs clearance procedures.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are outside CAVARELL’s control.

Failure to Pay Duties or Complete Customs Clearance

If the recipient refuses to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or fees, or fails to provide required documentation for customs clearance, the shipment may be delayed, returned to the sender, or abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities or the carrier.

Where delivery failure results from recipient action or omission, including refusal to pay customs charges or failure to complete clearance procedures:

  • the order may be treated as refused or undeliverable;
  • shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier handling charges, or related expenses may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law;
  • refunds may be reduced or declined to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If additional duties, taxes, or fees are charged to CAVARELL due to recipient refusal or non-compliance, we reserve the right to recover or deduct such amounts from any reimbursement or resolution offered.

Delivery Responsibility

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

CAVARELL is unable to modify or redirect shipments once an order has been dispatched.

PO Box Deliveries

CAVARELL may accept delivery to PO Box addresses where supported by the selected carrier. However, some carriers may have operational limitations when delivering to PO Box locations, including restricted tracking updates, delivery confirmation constraints, or inability to obtain a delivery signature.

For this reason, we strongly recommend providing a physical residential or business address whenever possible.

Where delivery issues, delays, loss, or failed delivery occur as a result of the customer choosing to use a PO Box address or providing an address inaccessible to the carrier, such circumstances may be considered outside CAVARELL’s reasonable control.

By selecting a PO Box address for delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts the potential limitations associated with such deliveries.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Failed Delivery or Refused Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to accept delivery not attributable to CAVARELL, the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment center.

In such cases, shipping costs and any return or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Split Shipments

In certain circumstances, items within the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or packaging requirements.

No additional shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • customs clearance procedures;
  • carrier or logistics disruptions;
  • high seasonal demand;
  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
