Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal
Under European and UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our customer support before returning the goods.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard withdrawal procedure will apply.
Return Conditions
You are entitled to return eligible items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, in accordance with European and UK consumer protection laws.
Returned items must:
- be unworn and unused;
- be unwashed;
- include all original tags and packaging;
- be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Items handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and fit may be refused or subject to reduced refund value.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- opened or used sealed items;
- underwear or swimwear once opened;
- cosmetics, fragrances or beauty products once unsealed;
- partially used gift cards;
- items returned damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
How to Return an Item
Once your return shipment has been accepted by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor the return directly through the carrier’s website.
After the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent.
If returning items from multiple orders, please ensure that each return shipment corresponds to the correct order to avoid processing delays.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team. CAVARELL does not provide in-store returns or exchanges.
Shipping Costs and Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the entire order, standard delivery costs originally paid at checkout will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If only part of an order is returned, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Additional or premium delivery services selected at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the parcel will be inspected and approved in accordance with our return conditions. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If you paid by credit card and the payment has not yet been finalized, the reserved amount may simply be released by your bank.
Exchanges
CAVARELL currently does not offer an exchange service.
If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may return your item within the applicable return period and place a new order separately.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact customer support as soon as possible after delivery.
In such cases, CAVARELL will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include replacement or refund.
Customers remain responsible for returned goods until they are safely received at our designated return address.
